At Standing, we are proud to announce a new step in our commitment to more environmentally friendly transport. We have just received our Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions reduction report for the year 2024, certified by SAIPOL, thanks to our use of Oleo100, an energy sourced 100% from French rapeseed.
A certified reduction in GHG emissions
The calculation method used to assess this reduction is particularly rigorous, taking into account the entire “field to wheel” cycle. This global approach, which goes beyond simple local emissions, has been certified by Bureau Veritas, an organization recognized by the European Commission.
Oleo100: A responsible alternative energy
Oleo100 is not only an alternative to diesel, it is an energy solution that is fully in line with a sustainable development approach:
– 100% plant-based and renewable
– Produced exclusively from non-GMO French rapeseed
– Processed in production sites in France
A positive impact on French agriculture
By choosing Oleo100, Standing also supports French agriculture:
– Each hectare of rapeseed grown for Oleo100 also produces 2000 kg of protein-rich oilcakes for animal feed
– This production contributes to the food autonomy of French livestock farms, which has increased from 23% to 55% over the last fifteen years
